With the ionic-plugin-announcements starter, it's easy to make a public forum. Just move the templates and js files into your app, or use ionic start myApp https://github.com/wilsonhobbs/ionic-public-forum-announcements.
You can use the public forum to allow users to post anonymously (or nonymously if you want), or use the announcements to only let yourself and other users of your choosing post. This is best used with my dashboard plugin. Cohesive instructions are included with README.md.
